Write to us about any problem, feature request, or request to delete your data. We normally reply within two business days.
To help us pin down the problem faster, please include your app version, device model, and roughly when it happened. If a particular analysis went wrong, sending that item image along is very helpful.
Frequently asked questions
How long does analyzing one photo take?
Usually 60 to 90 seconds. In that time Aurobe identifies the pieces in the photo and turns each one into its own clean item image. A slow connection or a large photo takes a little longer.
When are credits used?
Analyzing one photo costs 1 credit. New accounts get free credits, so you can try it before deciding whether to buy.
Browsing your closet and reviewing existing items and outfit reviews cost nothing.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside Aurobe. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and find Aurobe to change or cancel it.
Subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel, do it at least 24 hours before the current period ends, otherwise that period is still charged.
Does Aurobe read my whole photo library?
No. Only the photos you actively pick in the system photo picker are uploaded. Aurobe does not read your library in the background and does not upload your photo library as a whole.
Are my photos used to train AI?
No. Your photos are used only to complete the analysis you started. They are processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) to identify the pieces, and are not used to train or improve models. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What if a piece is identified incorrectly?
Open that item in your closet and you can edit its name, category and other details. If it was recognized as something else entirely, you can simply delete the item.
If the same kind of photo is often misread, please send it to the address above — it genuinely helps us improve recognition.
How is an outfit scored?
The review addresses the styling itself, across six dimensions: harmony, proportion, colour, occasion, polish and style. It never comments on your body, face or age.
If a photo shows only a flat-lay of a single garment and no complete outfit, no score is given.
Which languages are supported?
The app interface supports English and Simplified Chinese. It follows your system language and can also be switched manually in Settings.
Is Aurobe available in my country?
Aurobe is on the App Store in every storefront except mainland China. If the link says the app is unavailable, that is why — an Android version is on the roadmap.
Data and account
You can do all of the following yourself inside the app, without contacting us.
- Delete a single garment — open the item in your closet and choose delete.
- Delete your style profile — open Settings → Privacy & Data and delete the styling data used to recognize you in group photos. Items in your closet are kept.
- Delete your account — also under Settings → Privacy & Data. To prevent accidental taps, you must type a confirmation word. The account and its associated data are deleted, and this cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in but need your data deleted, write to aurobe@onewooai.com from the email address you registered with and we will take care of it.
